Our Story
Consulting since 2001
OptioPower was founded in 2001 with a singular focus: helping commercial real estate owners, developers, and data-center operators navigate the complexities of power and fiber infrastructure. Over more than two decades, we have guided projects ranging from single-building utility upgrades to large-scale data-center campuses.
We are a consulting firm — not a product company, not a contractor, and not a carrier. That independence is our greatest asset. We have no equipment to sell and no preferred vendors to favor, which means our recommendations are driven entirely by what is right for each client's project.
Our work spans the full spectrum of CRE infrastructure: utility coordination, fiber carrier strategy, interconnect design, data-center buildouts, and PG&E large-load feasibility.
